THE TEAM
The team members are value-driven, they are drawn to working in the charter industry as a way of making a personal contribution to improving the lives of others. Education is the greatest of socio-economic equalizers that serves the individual, the community, and society.
The team brings over 25 years of accounting and operations management experience working with varied organizations from billion-dollar commercial real estate investments to small import companies and of course, charter schools of all sizes authorized by districts and counties all over the State.
Over the course of their years working in charter, the team has performed all accounting, payroll and financial reporting functions. Additionally, they have performed accounting system conversions, trained and developed staff, developed and implemented financial policies and procedures, written employee handbooks, and handled the onboarding of new clients with ease.
As the charter industry becomes increasingly complex, their understanding of the nuances of accounting and reporting are a critical component of charter school financial success. The team has the talent of being able to break down these complex concepts and communicate financial information in a way that any user can understand them. In operations management, they have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and implementing processes that result in operational efficiencies with strong internal controls.
